  On July 11 we rented out the restaurant for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Everything was just excellent-food, service and ambiance. Much thanks to Natalie, the chef and the bar and wait staff. Ed & Connie

  Worst experience I've ever had! I work with advertising and I often take my clients out to dinner, in different cities around the world. I usually do a lot of research and look for well-recommended, well-rated places that can accommodate a larger group. Altro Paradiso is a refined restaurant, which has hospitality as its theme, but in reality it is a chaotic place, with a very poorly trained team and a board that brims with incompetence and arrogance. It is a place full of rules and prohibitions, unwelcoming to any adjustment or adaptation. As we were having a hard work week and with a large team, we had small unforeseen events before dinner, which was immediately reported to the space management. We complied with all the restaurant's millions of rules and paid all possible fees to get there and see a completely lost team, no one knew what to do with our group, they didn't explain what the service would be like, each waiter said one thing... chaos. In the end, after we ate and drank in a hurry due to pressure from the staff who insisted on telling us every 5 minutes when we were ready to leave, the bill came back very expensive and with several incorrect charges, they charged meaningless fees and products that we didn't consume. The next day I receive an email from the restaurant's event director wanting to charge even more fees, even though we had strictly followed the agreements, and arguing with me because we took wine home, when it was an offer from the restaurant's maitre d'. I don't recommend it at all.

  Went here for work event and I can see the service itself is really really good. We had a limited menu but overall the appetizers were better than the main course. They have wine service and they're pretty attentive and for that I would probably return. If I return I would probably try something else on their menu that's not chicken. The mozzarella was very very fresh and I would give it five stars if it was only for that.
