  Went with a big group for dinner tonight and the staff couldn’t have been better. We brought a toddler and everyone went out of their way to accommodate him and befriend him. He was ready to move in! The service was excellent, food delicious and ambience great. Made for a perfect place to celebrate with the family!

  I have been a loyal to Sant Ambroeus, visiting all of their locations including Southampton and Palm Beach. However, my recent experience at their Madison Ave location left me extremely disappointed. After enjoying dinner, my party and I decided to go to Sant Ambroeus, simply wanted to have a coffee and dessert, but we were rudely refused seating anywhere because it was considered "dinner time." The manager's solution was for us to stand at the bar, which I found utterly unacceptable. I have never encountered such inhospitality. Needless to say, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to Sant Ambroeus in the future.
