"description": "At America's oldest continuously operating restaurant, your group will dine surrounded by 190 years of culinary history in elegantly appointed private rooms where titans of industry once sealed deals over perfectly aged steaks. The kitchen crafts bespoke menus that honor Delmonico's legendary legacy—think their famous Lobster Newburg and dry-aged cuts that helped define American fine dining—while white-gloved service ensures every detail feels effortlessly refined. Whether celebrating in their intimate parlors or grand dining rooms, the experience feels like stepping into New York's gilded past while savoring some of the city's most exceptional beef.",
