"capacityDetails": "Covered insulated back patio rentable Nov-Apr; private bartender; bespoke seafood plateaus; 298 Bedford Ave Williamsburg",
"description": "Maison Premiere transforms winter group dining into an intimate seafood soirée on their covered back patio, where your own dedicated bartender crafts absinthe cocktails and champagne pairings while towering plateaus of oysters, crudo, and caviar arrive at your table. The Belle Époque atmosphere feels like hosting friends in a Parisian salon, complete with vintage mirrors and velvet banquettes that encourage lingering conversations over cognac. Your group will have the rare luxury of a completely private dining room in Williamsburg, insulated from the city's hustle while still feeling connected to the restaurant's acclaimed energy.",
