"description": "Old Homestead Steakhouse transforms your group gathering into an intimate celebration in the Julian Schnabel room, where century-old steakhouse traditions meet artistic sophistication in Chelsea's most storied dining destination. The private space accommodates up to 12 guests surrounded by Schnabel's distinctive artwork, creating an atmosphere where perfectly aged steaks and classic sides become the backdrop for memorable conversations. Since 1868, this legendary steakhouse has been crafting the kind of indulgent, theatrical dining experience that turns business dinners into occasions and celebrations into unforgettable nights.",
