"description": "Sartiano's transforms your group gathering into an intimate Italian affair, where the warm wood-paneled dining rooms and exposed brick create the kind of atmosphere that makes everyone linger over another bottle of wine. The SoHe location's private spaces feel like discovering a hidden Roman trattoria, complete with hand-rolled pasta and the kind of attentive service that lets you focus entirely on your guests. Whether you're celebrating with twelve or buying out the entire space, the restaurant's old-world charm and modern Italian menu create those memorable evenings where conversation flows as smoothly as the Barolo.",
