"description": "Step into Undercote's moody subterranean den beneath the acclaimed COTE, where your group can claim an intimate speakeasy-style retreat in the heart of Chelsea. The dimly lit space pulses with sophisticated energy as expertly crafted cocktails flow and conversation deepens around polished wood and leather banquettes. This hidden gem transforms any gathering into something deliciously clandestine, with each sip and bite carrying the elevated culinary DNA of its celebrated upstairs sibling.",
