  Came here for my friend Stacey’s birthday brunch. It was RAINING SO HARD outside, and our group of tenish girls was huddled under the awning bc we had to wait for one more girl to get there so that we could be seated. We ordered quickly and the food came relatively quickly, even though there were a lot of people. Of course, the sun came out just as we were seated, and the dining area looked beautiful with the sunlight coming in through the windows. The food was pretty good, and I was full afterwards.

  Good food but bad place for large groups / events / birthdays! What ticked off our group -- - Expensive for the portion size - Service was slow and terrible. We had to wait 20 mins after asking for the bill - They charged us for a tiny cupcake that they brought for the birthday – after we'd put down cards and checked the receipts. - We wanted to cut a cake but they were charging us a $3.5 per person "cake cutting fee" Overall disappointed for a large group dinner!

  Came in on a Saturday lunchtime qnd even though it was packed and we were a big party they sat us right away. Food was delicious and they helped cater to all our special requests from the kids to the vegan guests. I will definitely come back!! P.s if you like appetizers the fried zucchini is a must!!!

  Came here for a work team dinner. We all collectively agreed that the shared small plates we had tasted much better than our main dishes. The desserts were also very good. Firstly, we got the mint lemonade. Wasn't expecting it to be bubbly but it was. Also didn't get too much mint flavor but it tasted pretty good. For small plates we got the fried zucchini, peri peri wings, salt and pepper eggplant, and halloumi. All of them tasted amazing, especially with their respective sauces. Halloumi was tasty but it was definitely overpriced. For our main dishes, we got the green shakshuka, tuna salad, schnitzel, the vegetarian tofu dish, and the cooked salmon. Green shakshuka was very bland. I was expecting the sauce to be packed with flavor like other shakshukas I've had but it fell pretty flat. At least the bread it came with was buttery and soft. The tuna salad was good flavor but the texture was a bit strange because it was cooked rather than a raw tuna like we thought mixed with large salad leaves. Maybe that one was just not for us. The schnitzel was very dry. The tofu dish had a strange mix of flavors and seemed as if it was not thought out very well. The salmon seemed to be the only dish that was flavorful and we wanted to keep eating. For dessert, we got all 3 to try: the chipotle chocolate cake, the spiced cheesecake, and the malva (sponge cake). The chipotle chocolate cake was awesome. Rich chocolate flavor and a little spicy. The texture was perfectly soft along with the mousse on top. The spiced cheesecake was very yummy. Reminded me of a nicely spiced pumpkin pie but with a more decadent cheesecake texture. The malva/sponge cake was sweet and tasty. Wish it was just a bit softer but I enjoyed eating it with the large dollop of whipped cream it came with. Overall I would give this place a 3 out of 5. Some plates are tasty, some are not. Also very expensive. I just think the place is overhyped but great for taking instagram worthy photos if that's your thing.
