  Would not recommend for a large party dinner tbh. Ok, you can book for 7:30. Oh, wait… we are overbooked, please come at 9:30. Oh, wait… we need to move you back to 9:45 to accommodate you. Oh, wait… we’re cleaning off your table and can seat you at 10. Oh, wait… we’re closed by 11:45 and you have to leave. Very underwhelming experience. Everything is insanely overpriced.

  i had the most incredible birthday dinner at forsythia and i’m still thinking about it this morning ! having worked in the service industry for over 15 years, i’ve experienced a wide range of dining experiences and i can confidently say this was some of the best service i’ve ever had. huge thanks to the incredibly talented chefs for such a memorable meal and to bill, our server, whose warmth, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of wine and spirits made the night exceptional. my family was visiting from out of state for the occasion and they were deeply impressed by his pairings. truly a one of a kind experience <3 we love u! the food was extraordinary, without question the best pasta i’ve ever had outside of rome. the pappardelle was perfectly silky, the agnolotti rich and comforting, and the stuffed squash blossoms were so delicate yet bursting with flavor the dash of cinnamon almost made me cry !! every dish felt like a masterclass in balance and execution. :) how this restaurant doesn’t already have a star or two is beyond me. forsythia is an absolute gem. thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. i can’t wait to return. much much much love xo

  I had the pleasure of going to one of the pasta making classes held by chefs Jake and Mia. Jake and Mia made sure to go the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs were met. Whether it was a vegetarian option, having room for our friend in a leg cast, or handing us an additional bottle of red wine, all of our requests were accommodated. Our group collectively felt this was a 10/10 experience and one we would highly recommend to anyone going forward. Thanks Forsythia team!!!

  I’ve been to Forsythia a few times now- date nights, a team building dinner for work, and a family dinner with our young kids. Each time the experience has exceeded expectations! The staff does a terrific job taking care of us, whoever was there, and helping us with suggestions for food and drink based on our tastes and how much we needed. They were very responsive and kept the meal going at a casual pace that never felt like we were waiting for anything. The food is delicious and I love how there’s always something new to try on the menu, plus favorites like the suppli! Everyone I’ve taken there has had a great time and chosen to go back and the Roman Pergola makes for a great dining experience year round. I definitely recommend!!

  Food was pretty but everything was too salty. Was here celebrating a birthday but the waiter cut the cake without letting the table see the entire cake. Bad experience overall def not worth the price.
