  • private event dinner, party of 30
Amazing spot to host an event. Had 30 people seated along a long table and a prix fie menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients and impeccable technique, hard to find flaws with anything. Interior decoration is also super pretty and transports you to France in the late 1900's.
  • large birthday dinner
Unreal service. Had a large group for a birthday dinner - Josh helped me put together a personalized pre-fixe menu in advance, making the process smooth and easy. Kelly was helpful and kind the day of, and Jennifer was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. All 3 folks were absolutely wonderful to work with. The entire staff was also incredibly knowledgeable about my food allergy (celiac disease) and made sure there were no issues. 11/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back!
  • hosted private event
We recently hosted an event at Quality Bistro and I couldn’t be more impressed! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. Working with our event coordinator, Denise, was such a pleasure and the day-of staff – Karla, Cesar, and Peter – were fantastic! They were all incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail made it a great event. I highly recommend Quality Bistro – you won’t be disappointed!
  • birthday group dinner, party of 11
We visited this restaurant as a group to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was delicious, and the interior design and ambiance were beautiful, earning it one star for those aspects. I highly recommend the corn crème brûlée and the brussel sprouts. The mac & cheese was also quite good. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Our waiter, Milton, continuously pushed additional items on us, like more drinks and bottle service, despite our group already having ordered individual entrees and extras. When serving the birthday cake we brought in, he instructed another waiter to cut only 10 slices for our table of 11. To add to the frustration, our bill was inaccurate. We were charged $46 for "4 Water-Pannas" although we clearly requested tap water. When I asked Milton for a corrected receipt, he initially agreed to fix it but then questioned my reaction, implying I shouldn't be upset. He blamed the manager, Alex, for misunderstanding our water order and bringing bottles instead, and escalated the matter up to her. Alex's approach was condescending and dismissive. She claimed we had asked for "still water", which she took the liberty of interpreting into "bottle water", although nobody in our group used the term "still" or requested bottled water. She also felt the need to state that "we will not argue over something as silly as water and will fix the bill". Despite eventually correcting the bill, both Milton and Alex displayed rude and defensive attitudes and did not apologize. Overall, the rude behavior from Milton and Alex overshadowed the good food. As a group of young women, it felt like we were being taken advantage of. The lack of remorse or apology left a sour taste. For an establishment that prides itself on class, the management's behavior fell short. Personally, I will not return, and I cannot recommend this place based on this experience alone. If you do decide to dine here, stick to the good menu items and hope to avoid any encounters with Alex, the "manager".
