  Accommodated our party of 6 outside. Food and drinks were great. Very attentive service.

  I’ve dreamed of coming here and sitting in the center booth with my closest girlies since I moved to the neighborhood and gosh the experience was over the moon. We walked into the restaurant and was greeted with coat check, sat at the center table (even though our group was quite small comparatively), a server came over and offered a variety of different fresh breads, food was absolutely delicious, servers happily waited on us for close to THREE hours - we couldn’t believe they were so warm, friendly and never once dropped a hint that they wanted to seat another group, and to top it off, they brought out a surprise birthday cake and berries. I’ve been here a few times and thought it felt maybe a little pretentious, but today completely changed my view - top brunch spot in the city 💖

  I had a really disappointing experience here this weekend. When I arrived, I gave the host/manager my party’s name, and she said she couldn’t find the reservation and repeatedly asked if I had the right location. After having me spell the name several times, she finally said, “Oh, I found it,” without an apology. At the end of the meal, she came to our table and asked us to leave because they had another reservation. She then very curtly told the staff in front of us, “This table needs to be prepared RIGHT NOW.” If the food had been good, I might have overlooked all of this, but the Eggs Benedict arrived cold, with almost solid yolks, which pretty much closed that window. I would never leave a review like this for a fast-casual restaurant, and have had good experiences at other Sant Ambroeus locations throughout Manhattan. But given the exorbitant pricing and supposed luxury positioning of the chain, I expected worlds better from this location.

  Really good food. The place has a stuffy feel with the servers and the regular patrons being somewhat uppity. Recommend for food, not for vibes unless you are a big group.
