  I was very impressed with dinner last night. We had a private room for 12 people and exceptional service. Dinner was compromised of all the NYC Steak house classics. Location is perfect for a trip into the city via Train.

  Was quiet during lunch hour, quick service, pleasant waitress, good food. Came with a group of 17 for "power lunch", ordered some apps while looking over entrees. Calamari, meatball, bacon... which came out quick and were good. But instead of taking our main orders after bringing apps, wait staff disappeared for a long while. Finally taking our entree orders after being there for 40+ min, lobster bisque was very good, but it took more than an hour after for some of the entrees to start coming out. Some finished theirs before the last dish came out. A few had to leave and get their meal in doggie bags with dessert. The steak frites is looks just bad, tiny shrived thin piece of steak next to large mount of ok fries. When we left 2.5 hr later, the restaurant was still half full, guess they prioritized all the booths ahead of the large private room.

  I recently took my team to The Palm West Side for lunch, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is quintessential New York—elegant yet comfortable, perfect for both business and pleasure. The staff greeted us warmly and provided exceptional service throughout our meal, ensuring that everyone felt well taken care of. The food was simply outstanding, all of us ordered the power lunch and started with the lobster bisque and salad, which were both crowd-pleasers. For the main course, we had a range of dishes, chef's catch of the day, chicken parmigiana and I personally had the 6 oz center-cut steak. We also ordered the palm zeppole and cheesecake. Food was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The Palm West Side is an excellent choice for any group dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a big win or just want to treat your team to a memorable meal, this restaurant delivers excellence in every aspect. Highly recommend!

  I came here last week with my friends for a birthday celebration. We picked this restaurant based on location with no expectations. A big shoutout to Craig for providing exceptional service! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that really enhanced our dining experience. We felt truly valued as guests thanks to his genuine hospitality. We are returning for more dinners because of Craig!! Thank you again for making our night awesome !!
