  We are so glad that we were able to host our holiday client dinner at Crown Shy! Crown Shy offers a variety of dinner options, cocktail options, and seating arrangements for private parties. The food was amazing, the staff was warm and friendly, and the drinks were never ending! We rented out the Cedar Room, which holds up to 18 guests. Our evening included a cocktail reception and followed with dinner. We had some small apps served during cocktail hour, followed up an 3-course dinner. It was an open bar setting for the entire evening. Everything was organized and well executed, and the communication was so easy and done very distinctly. Some of our guests also had dietary restrictions and they made sure to accommodate and check with guests prior to the start of dinner. Very grateful to have been able to work with Caragan, who is the main contact for coordinating events. It’s definitely a spot we will keep in mind for future client dinners!   Sometime ago, my friend booked a room here to host a birthday party. Not only did we have a great time but the staff and everyone here wouldn't have been more accommodating and great to work with. We had an absolute blast and the staff made it even more enjoyable. Would happily host a party here of my own in the future!

  Everything from here is delicious. We had a large group, so we did the prix fixe group menu and it was perfect. They were also very accommodating for our vegetarian on the group. The only other add we made was the short rib and it did not disappoint.

  I ate here a few days ago with a group of friends. The physical environment of the restaurant is great and the service was very attentive when we sat down. Our server was great at explaining things and dealing with two people in our party who had dietary restrictions. Most of the food was also tasty and creative. The short rib was outstanding. Where it fell (far) short was on the pacing of the meal. Our drinks took quite awhile to come out. The restaurant was busy, so I figured the bar was a little backed up. Not a huge deal. Except that delay continued for the rest of the meal. We ordered 6 dishes (2 appetizers, 2 pastas, and 2 mains) which was coursed out into 3 segments, which took a total of 4 hours from being seated to our paying the check, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. 80 minutes per course? Half of the kitchen staff was gone, and a number of the rest were cleaning up, and we still hadn't gotten our mains by 9:30PM for a 7PM reservation.
