  So happy we chose to host our rehearsal dinner with Frankies in September. We had a private room for 35 people at F&F restaurant & bar with food from Frankies. From the minute we reached out via email, Tucker and the team provided top notch service. Fast forward to the rehearsal dinner: the ambiance, staff, and food were all amazing. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend in Brooklyn. Thank you!

  Tosca and her team at Frankies made our 25-person outdoor wedding an absolute dream come true. We could not have asked for more in terms of venue, food, and service. Due to covid and weather issues, we had to redo our seating chart multiple times. We also had various guests with dietary restrictions. Frankies was not only accommodating, they went above and beyond to make our day stress free and seamless. Our guests absolutely loved the experience and we had the best time ever. I highly recommend Tosca and Frankies if you are hoping to plan an intimate celebration (with or without covid.)

  We celebrated a child's birthday party in a separate building in the back of the restaurant and it was very nice. Food, service and the set up for the children was great. There were separate tables for the adults. The food was excellent and beautifully served. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

  Based on reviews we expected a much better experience. The food was hit or miss with our group, which was upsetting due to prices. The sausage in the famous cavatelli was disappointing, nothing special Meatballs were dry and dense. Stick to ordering wine/beer, cocktails were not good and it’s a limited bar. Inside seating is small and an open kitchen is in the middle of a long room. We became warm quickly and continually smelled cooking since ventilation was sparse. It's much better to eat outside if weather is good. Reviewers noted great service, ours was awful and inconsistent. Halfway thru service, our server changed. She sporadically checked on us and seemed inexperienced. We practically finished our coffees before desserts finally arrived. As others have noted, this may be a good neighborhood restaurant but based on food, service & inside experience, there are better choices without trecking to Cobble Hill. Also keep in mind, that they allow only 2 hrs for a reservation, they promptly presented us the bill when our desserts finally arrived and it was very awkward. They proceeded to tell us of their time limit. We were not much over 2 hrs. This was especially perplexing when we saw empty tables and no guests waiting. Unfortunately, this was not the celebration we intended for our daughter's special day.
