  We had a group of 13 high school seniors and they accommodated us so we could sit together. Our server was so helpful and friendly - she truly went above and beyond! The food was also outstanding!

  My coworkers and I arrived at 6:22pm and ordered drinks at 6:28pm. The place wasn’t crowded compared to how it’s been before, but we didn’t get our first drinks until 7:02pm. This was greatly disappointing as we came here for happy hour that ended at 7pm. The server told us the bartender was “new” and put in a second round of drink orders so we could get them in asap. The server was very attentive and kind. The next round of drinks took another 35 minutes. Now at 8pm, a team lead came up and asked how everything was. We admittedly told her we were disappointed in the service as we’ve been here weekly and have been very happy historically. She apologized, thanked us for our feedback, and said she’d give us a discount on our bites and drinks. We didn’t ask for a discount, but we were offered one. The server then came back and said because we got two free Paloma’s we weren’t getting a discount at all. Mind you, these two Paloma’s were delivered in error. They were not ordered. It was a drink mess up. When giving the manager feedback, the bartender was combative and rude. The server and manager were extremely efficient, kind, and doing damage control. The bartender was appallingly disrespectful and we don’t feel comfortable or safe going back.
