  We came here as a group of seven and had a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. One of our guests was vegan, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her, even correcting a small mix-up with grace and friendliness. They truly made us feel at home. The food portions were generous and everything we tried was flavorful and fresh. I gave the food 4 out of 5 stars only because I wish there were more gluten-free and vegan options — but if you’re vegetarian or have no dietary restrictions, it’s an easy 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for both groups and date nights. I’d definitely recommend The Greek Kitchen to anyone looking for great Greek food and genuine hospitality in the heart of NYC.

  I was disappointed here. A group of us dined here recently. The people who ordered slouvaki platters with salad were pleased with their meals. One friend ordered vegan orzo Kritharaki dish and the dish was very disappointing, unappealing visually and taste-wise. One friend ordered gemista which tasted ok (not good but ok). I wouldn't go there again.
