  I reserved a table of 14 for my birthday dinner and it was an overall great experience! The booking process was easy with Leslie who was able to answer all my questions promptly and the service upon arrival was super attentive which I appreciated. Every dish was delightful but my highlight was the truffle pizza & the desserts. I will definitely be coming back here to try more things on the menu!

  100/10!!!!! I hosted a 30th birthday event here on a busy Saturday night & everything was beyond perfect. Leslie & her team were attentive & accommodating. Their pre-fixe menu options were awesome & the food came out to perfection - even for my guests with dietary restrictions. Thank you Mamo!

The hospitality was exceptional—from the staff at the front door to the attentive servers and the management team, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making the event special. The food was absolutely excellent, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. It's clear that Mamo takes pride in both its cuisine and its service. If this private event is any indication of the experience they provide every day, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mamo to anyone looking for a memorable meal or event in NYC. I can't wait to come back!

  The truffle pizza is one of the best things I've ever eaten. We had a family style meal with a large group (~20), and everything we had was top notch including steak, fish, salads, multiple sides and dessert. This is a must try place that is worth the price.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience at MAMO NYC I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with MAMO NYC was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. I called on Monday to book a table for Friday for a special occasion—my mother-in-law’s birthday. However, the employee I spoke with mistakenly booked the table for Monday. I realized this mistake when I received a confirmation text for the wrong day. I called back immediately to fix the issue, and after some back and forth, I was assured my table for Friday was confirmed. To be safe, I called again yesterday (Thursday) to confirm my reservation. Shockingly, I was told I had no reservation for Friday. Worse yet, they had the audacity to blame me, saying, “You didn’t come on Monday.” When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was “busy” and would call me back. I could even hear the manager coaching the employee on what to say so they wouldn’t have to deal with me directly. Unsurprisingly, no one called me back. The result? My mother-in-law’s birthday was ruined because of their repeated mistakes and complete lack of accountability. MAMO NYC might have great food, but their customer service is beyond terrible. If you’re booking a special event here, proceed with extreme caution.
