  I had high hopes given the almost 5 star review. However… We had made a reservation for a pre fixe menu for a party of 14 with a prepaid welcome drink. After checking in and being seated, it was almost 25 minutes to have a server come and ask what type of water we wanted. After mentioning the welcome drink, if was clear there was no knowledge of what we paid for. The meal proceeded with mishap after mishap of having to ask for our wine glasses to be refilled after ordering 4 bottles of wine. An hour and 15 minutes into our meal, the appetizer was served. At this point we were stressed after being threatened in our contract that for every 30 minutes over our 2 hours reservation window we would be charged $50 per person. The meal proceeded with having to ask for water, drinks, silverware etc. towards the end of the meal, when asked about the side dishes, our server responded with “that they served them to another table.” Overall, I was immensely disappointed with the service. Given we spent over $3,000 with an included 20% gratuity, the staff was easily phoning it in. There are other establishments nearby who would serve a better meal with more attentive service. Don’t be fooled by the crowd outside and these good reviews.

  Had a wonderful time here! We were seated in the cellar private room. The ambiance was amazing! Abby was out waitress and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us. The food was flavorful and everyone was stuffed when we left! The tahini ice cream was delicious!

  Father's Day was a great experience at this lovely restaurant. We were a group of q6 people and had a private room downstairs, the food selection was great. I experience new food I have never had. I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends.

  Extremely disappointing experience, mainly because of the service and lack of professionalism. Our waiter was extremely rude and repeatedly pressured our table to spend more. We were not drinking alcohol, yet even after saying no, he continued pushing cocktails. The same thing happened when ordering food. There is a difference between making recommendations and making customers feel pressured to order more just to increase the bill. We were a party of six, so a 20% gratuity was already automatically included, as stated on the menu. Despite this, when the check arrived, the waiter continued pushing us to leave an additional tip. The way he handled the payment screen felt aggressive and uncomfortable, especially considering that 20% had already been added. Management was not much better. When we arrived for our reservation, the attitude made it feel as though they were doing us a favor by honoring it. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected, particularly when guests have a reservation. Most concerning was what happened near the kitchen. One person in our party accidentally used what appeared to be an employee restroom. It was very dirty. While there, they heard a kitchen employee use the toilet, flush, and then leave without washing their hands. The employee returned toward the kitchen immediately afterward. That is extremely unhygienic and disturbing for anyone eating at the restaurant. Between the aggressive upselling, pressure for additional gratuity, poor attitude from management, and what we witnessed regarding hygiene, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
