  • private party
Went to a private party at the Amalfi rooftop and it was a great experience. Katherine, one of the servers, was the absolute best. She looked out for everyone and brought them the exact appetizers they desired. She has a great spirit and work ethic. I would go back just for Katherine!
  • group dinner, party of 10
We had a reservation for 10 that was booked at least 2 months in advance. When we got there, they told us that they cancelled the reservation because there was a private party there. They also said that they tried to contact us, which they didn't. So, when pressed further they offered the person who made the reservation 1 glass of Proseco. What a slap in the face to do that. The customer service people were totally unaccomidating. We thought about a different place inside and then decided that Eataly was not worth spending money there. Honestly, I will never go there again. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience. Don't be surprised if you make a reservation in advance only to get there and they cancel it because they can make more money on a private party than you. It was truly an extremely disappointing experience.
  • conference team lunches
Our annual NYC conference was nearby, and I brought team members and attendees to Eataly Flatiron for lunch every day. Couldn’t be happier. Several restaurants offer a two-course prix fixe around $30—tasty, fast, and great value. Even without reservations, the host team seated us right away each time. Service was attentive and on point. We told our server we had to be out in an hour to get back to class, and they made it happen. Highly recommended for lunch!
  • team building class
With work we did a cooking class as a team building exercise. We made raviolis. Totally recommend the cooking classes. Fun learning environment. Plus dinner was awesome.
  • group dinner, party of 8
Really Really good on a rainy day in the city. Service was very good and our party of 8 was seated quickly in La Pizza and La Pasta. All meals were seasoned well and consistent with Eataly’s food at other locations.
