  Oases was the most unbelievable place to host my baby shower. I’d said no to the entire idea of having a baby shower until I came upon Oases and spoke to the wonderful Pema about the venue. She and her team could not have been more responsive, creative, or welcoming. From the very beginning, Pema was thinking about lighting and arrangement that would work for us, and was even in communication with my best friends to plan a couple of surprises for me. And when we showed up, the venue was even BETTER than my expectations (which were high). Pema’s colleague Alex was our day-of contact and I’ve never been to an event with someone more attentive. He totally got the vision and was there seemingly at every moment with a mimosa (big shoutout to Enrique at the bar, who was also wonderful). The food was so good that every time one guest ordered something, the rest of us tried it and all ordered that for ourselves, too. We left extremely full and so happy. I’d host every future event at Oases. I am already trying to think of reasons to come back.
