  My first time here, hosting a party for a friend who's been several times. The management was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to the vagaries inherent to planning an event. The food was great and the service was very good. The private room was a comfortable size but extremely cold, and it took several requests to correct the situation. That aside, I'd be happy to go again, even if only for the food. Don't skip the coconut cake !

  We had a fantastic catering experience with Superiority Burger! We worked with Quayle M, who was extremely professional and efficient in coordinating our order. I would 100% cater from them again. We ordered Superiority Burgers, Collard Greens & Rice, and Sweet & Sour Beets for our group of ~20. Everything was flavorful and delicious— I would particularly recommend the beets. I have also eaten in the restaurant several times— the food is consistently delicious and well executed, and the specials so creative and inspired. Put simply: eat here whenever you can.

  Came with a group of friends who were all eager to try the one and only OG Superiority Burger. I wasn't able to visit the original SB, but I liked the the no-frills diner vibe of the new location. Fortunately, we were able to come early enough to avoid waiting in any long lines. We ordered drinks at the bar and the bartender gave us a quarter for the “party mix” machine. I loved that they had non-alcoholic options for cocktails. I had the Mighty Quinn, which had such a nice subtle sweetness to it. We only waited a few minutes before a table was ready. We all ordered our respective Superiority Burgers, and shared a few plates: Burnt Broccoli Salad, Sweet and Sour Pink Beets, and for dessert, the Griddled Banana Bread. The burger was great, well seasoned and a nice texture. The beets and broccoli were also really great compliments to the burger. Our group loved everything we tried. We agreed that the burger was not pretending to be meat, but excellent for what it was: a delicious vegetarian burger. Overall a special place with great vegetarian fare.

  We came here super last minute after a comedy show with a big group and got there around 10:45 PM. Just a heads up, their kitchen does last call at 11:30 PM. The place was packed but honestly they handled it pretty well and were able to split us up and get us seated not too long after. I got the OG Superiority burger (it has walnuts which we learned that the hard way because my husband’s allergic) so he switched to the collard greens sandwich for him. My burger was actually really good, like 8/10. I genuinely couldn’t believe it was vegan. My husband liked his collard greens sandwich and gave it a 7/10. I tried it too and it was good, just not really my thing. But my friends, the fries are perfectly crispy! My friends had hyped this place up a lot, but they felt like it wasn’t as consistent this time. Overall I enjoyed it, but I’m not gonna lie… it still hasn’t topped by number one Butter Smashburger.

  This restaurant was one of the worst meals I've had in a while. And it cost a ton! First, we waited an hour and a half to get in, despite being told the weight would be around 45 minutes. Several people in our party got the superiority burger, which they said was mediocre at best (and yet, $17 for a tiny burger and no fries). I got the sloppy Jane, which consisted of soft tofu in tomato sauce on an un-toasted bun - absolutely disgusting. Worst of all, we ordered the burnt broccoli, which we all agree was inedible - not bad, COLD and inedible. How anyone screws up roasted broccoli is beyond me! Shame on you, NYT, for telling anyone to go to this place.
