  We had a small company gathering at Westlight and had the best time. Myya from the reservations team helped us turn everything around so quickly and she saved the day! The waitstaff and bartenders were all so kind and the whole Westlight team was so accommodating of the requests we made. We hope to come back soon!

  We were a group of eight (four couples) and initially approached the hostess to request a table. She informed us that no tables for eight were available, but we could stand by the bar. Although this was not ideal, we complied. However, upon looking around, we noticed several empty tables. When we returned to ask for a table, we were told that a table for eight was available—but only if we committed to a $100 per person minimum, totaling $800. Confused and frustrated, we then asked if we could instead have two tables of four. This request was granted with no minimum spend requirement. However, we were then deliberately seated at opposite ends of the rooftop, despite there being open tables adjacent to each of our assigned spots. When we questioned the hostess about this, she stated that it was done intentionally to separate our group and that if she saw us together, we would be charged $800. This experience was extremely disappointing. If this is a formal policy, it should be clearly stated on your website, which I checked and found no such mention. As a business, customer accommodation should be a priority. We were prepared to spend well beyond the imposed $800 minimum, yet we ultimately felt unwelcome and undervalued. Instead of enjoying an evening with friends, we were made to feel like an inconvenience.

  Westlight is one of the best spots I’ve been to Williamsburg!! The hospitality is unmatched to any other. Marco, our server and Barry, the manager, made our night absolutely unforgettable! If you have any birthday/event coming up - WESTLIGHT!!! Our party ordered practically the whole menu and I have to say, this place itself proves why New York had some of the best food. Check this place out any chance you get - you won’t regret it!!!!!

  It’s such a beautiful space. The best view from Brooklyn imo. Lovely atmosphere, good food, better drinks. Gabriel my server was very attentive and helped me pick out really yummy options. The manager Barry went above and beyond making my reservation super special and even let us have a private view of the upper level rooftop. I have been here many times and will continue to recommend this spot to everyone!! Romantic classy iconic Brooklyn NYC vibes . I love the crispy rice tuna

  I have been trying to reach them for five weeks to make a reservation for a party of 15. I have followed up four times in 5 weeks. No response. Impossible to get a hold of. Westlight staff, if you see this, I requested a table for 15 at 5pm on June 14th, 2025. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME.
