  Had a large party of 12. The staff was Great! I ordered the Prime rib, it was one of the Best steaks I’ve ever had. 10/10

  Came here with 15 people for my bachelor party. They were very accommodating and the steak was excellent as always.

  Had an extremely poor experience at Benjamin Steakhouse on Christmas day. I thought they were better than this, but there were long lines to check in, reservation times were not honored, and they clearly massively overbooked their reservations. We were treated more like cattle than patrons. If I didn't know better I would have thought we were in MSG at halftime of a Knick game. Shoulder to shoulder with others from the restaurant entrance all the way to the bar while hearing constant complaints from those around us about the wait for a table even though a reservation had been made days or weeks in advance (and seriously with no room to move). Eventually our party made it through the crowd to the packed bar and debated leaving. We managed to move up the wait list (just to sit a half hour after our reservation should been honored) using a time honored NY tradition...$$. The food was nothing special, and we were rushed through the meal so they could turn the table. We seriously had someone we didn't know sitting at our table with his back to us on his chair because there was no room at his table. Again apparently so they could overbook and cash in on the day. There are multiple other great NY steakhouses (Keens, Del Frisco, T-bar, Gallaghers, Bowery Meats to name a few) but Benjamin steakhouse clearly is no longer on my list.

  Came here after work with a group and it was the perfect choice. Everything from the appetizers to dessert was on point. The creamed spinach was surprisingly one of my favorite parts.
