Ai Fiori
French-Italian
At Ai Fiori's elevated perch in The Langham, your group will gather around tables where Michael White's masterful French-Italian cuisine meets the sophistication of a luxury hotel setting. The Imperia Table creates an intimate chef's table experience for smaller parties, while the Monterosso Wine Room surrounds larger gatherings with floor-to-ceiling bottles and the kind of old-world elegance that makes every toast feel momentous. This is where Midtown power dining gets elevated by house-made pasta, pristine seafood, and service that anticipates your group's every need.

- private room dinner
It's a nice restaurant tucked inside a hotel — you enter and walk up to the dining level. Service was great from the start. The host walked us over to the room, which sits in a corner, and I got to take in the space on the way. First time there, but the whole vibe worked: clean, nicely furnished and designed, with the lighting dialed in just right. Everyone from the host to our waiter was genuinely good throughout. The room itself was well set — nice table setting and a lot of wine-themed decor, plus enough space along the side to stash our bags. Between the crowd in the main dining room and the private setup, it had a business/finance feel to it. We had a pre-selected menu: yellowtail to start, branzino for the main, tiramisu for dessert. Everything was on point — I cleaned every plate. The doors stayed open at first, but once they closed, it was quiet enough to have a real conversation in privacy. Overall a strong experience and an easy recommend.
- large group event, party of 40
Ai Fiori is a true gem in a city of wonderful options. Their food is inventive and delicious. Flavors exceed expectations and continue to develop on your palette. Especially when paired properly as their in house sommelier helped us to do. I had a group of 40 people and zero complaints, which says a lot. :) The decor is also noteworthy. It’s very romantic; pretty and lovely for a date night, as well as their private spaces being very intimate for small groups. I cannot recommend them highly enough - you must give them a try. Service was outstanding; exactly what you would hope for within this level of restaurant. Thank you for having us. Thank you for a memorable evening, and your incredible team.
- private room dinner, party of 13
I had a 13 people dinner in a private room at the restaurant. The service, portions, food, atmosphere was all perfect. I was entertaining out of town guests and they loved it. Deb Halpern in Event Planning was amazing to work with from start to finish. Super professional and helpful. One of the easiest dinner parties I ever planned!
- private room dinner, party of 10
Private room dinner for 10. Okay food and good service but no longer Michelin Star worthy. A little spotty on the service but not their fault (understaffed). Staff is very professional and courteous. Overall - the food quality drags it down a bit.
- group dinner, party of 14
Went for a group dinner (14) in one of their private rooms. The table was too big for the room, so the staff had to frequently ask people to pull in their chairs. The food was fine but certainly not great (many courses and dishes were ordered... no one was unhappy, though no one was too impressed either) - when you consider the price, it was underwhelming. Cocktails were nice as well but also overpriced ($25-$30 for classics). So, since the space was small with no view, and the food/drink $$$$, you'd think the service or experience was great. This also fell very short. Diner-like service where they did the basics. The table appreciated the frequency of water refills, but the man filling glasses was untrained and left a trail of water EVERY time as he would pull away from the glass too fast at the wrong angle. Water was everywhere.
