  Jared was the perfect waiter for our walk-in lunch party of 14. He was extremely organized and explained the ordering process very clearly for our multilingual party. No order mistakes, and very attentive. The food was very good, and I think the $10 cheese burger and fries might be the best deal in Manhattan. My burger was a little overcooked but thats me with my tiny violin when the price is this good. We ate on the patio and it was perfect for our large group. Highly recommended for big family groups seeing the sights in midtown.

  Just visiting NY for a few days and visited. They were accommodating and accepted a large group of 16 and kids. Bethany was the sweetest and gave us the best service. The food was overall great too, but the steak was a little overcooked. Would definitely come back next time but will let them know about the steak.

  UPDATE (taking back some stars!): I've been to STK numerous times since I work in the same building. When I first reviewed, I was totally satisfied 5 stars). Since then, experiences started to decline. Then, it seemed things were getting better. But, the last two times they made up for that slight upswing. A vendor took us there on Wednesday evening. Reservation was party of 10. The began to seat us a the circular booth with two added chairs. No way were we going to fit. So, we moved. I ordered the dry-aged Delmonico (>$100). When the steak arrived, it was medium well (not med-rare as ordered). The waiter asked me to cut another area of the steak. Ridiculous suggestion! The entire steak was cut at about 3/4 inch. Really?? You think another area of the same thickness would be done better? Even if there was some small area, why would I want to each any of the steak if it was mostly medium well??? So, while everyone else ate and almost finished, I finally got a steak (cooked medium). You guys need to get your act together. You have a great place. Love the burgers. But, I doubt I'll ever suggest STK for business dinners. Here's the older review: Another GREAT lunch at STK! Burger was delish and done to perfection! Excellent service by Lacy as well. Very attentive to our needs. Great job and meal! UP

  Amin was a great server! We were a party of 12 and he answered ALL of our questions about food, drinks, and specials. The service was great and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in New York again

  Slowest service ever. Group of 7, we ordered a shared surf and turk platter, had to wait 1.5 hours between apps ans entre, but didnt even order separate dishes and shared everything. Then waited another between entre and dessert. It took over 4 hours, even though it was a Monday night at 530 and the restaurant was practically empty. Never going again.
