  DJ’d the Fox Advertising holiday party here last night and had an amazing experience. Huge thank you to Samantha, the events manager, for making everything run smoothly. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is on point, and the staff was friendly and personable all night. Truly a great spot to host an event or enjoy a great dinner.

  Our team arrived in NYC after days of cancelled flights and rescheduled travel plans due to the east coast blizzard of February 2026. We had booked dinner plans at Budakkan before the trip and nearly cancelled because we were so tired, but we were SO glad we made the trek from Times Square to Chelsea for what turned out to be the best meal of our whole trip. The service and ambiance is fantastic, and every member of our 12 person party thought the food and drinks were incredible. Generous portions, fantastic flavor combinations, and easy to share plates with a large group. Highly recommend making Budakkan part of your NYC adventures!

  We had a party of 11 celebrate a family member's birthday. We enjoyed the Tasting Menu-$130 price point. The food was very delicious. Great ambiance and vibe. Service was great.

  The vibe and food here is great! It’s also very good for larger parties. We were a group of 10 and I was able to make a reservation without dealing with a pre fix meal or being put into a private room which I appreciated. We went family style for our dishes which worked very well. Everything we got was delicious, but the garlic fried rice, kung pao monkfish, crab rangoons and wok fried xo cheung fun noodles were my favorites. I also tried the Blush cocktail which was similar to a lychee martini. I loved it and it was perfectly sweet. Overall it was on the pricey side once we split everything, but the vibes were great for a nice night out.

  Loved the ambience, but service was very rushed for my reservation of 8. The restaurant was having a private event, which gave us very limited time. It would have been great if, we were told prior. Service was very rushed. My party was only able to order main course and drink, because they had to convert restaurant for private event.
