  I went here after work with some colleagues and had a great time. The service went above and beyond for our group. We started out on the rooftop for drinks and appetizers but the staff moved us quickly down to avoid a quickly approaching storm. They were very proactive through the whole process. The food was delicious. The short rib was cooked to perfection and the cheeseburger egg rolls were a hit for appetizers. We also had the cookie skillet for dessert which was the perfect way to end the meal. Do note that the restaurant is on the top floor. There is a small elevator or be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs.

  We had reservations for a group of 6 for Saturday night and it was CHAOS. TL;DR: waited almost an hour, never received even our first round of drinks, and no one seemed to care. After waiting online to see the hostess who unceremoniously sent us up to a floor where there was no one to greet us and we had to wander around to know where to go, we were placed in a room with 4 other tables and a giant TV with a fake fireplace screen giving a Karaoke vibe. One overwhelmed waiter who was quick with excuses and no apologies. Drink orders were promptly taken -- but we waited 45 minutes and they did not arrive. Oh, and we had to get up to get our own water. Excuse was the rooftop was busy so everything taking long. We looked for a manager to ask what was happening but couldn't find anyone. As we approached 60 minutes we aborted the mission and left, happily finding a table at Old Homestead nearby, where steaks were larger and less expensive with actual ambiance. Not quite sure what the heck happened or what hellscape this is.

  ZERO. If you make a reservation here, and make a separate and special one, as they request for their rooftop, what they don’t tell you is it’s closed. When you show up, with a group for a special birthday, and are told onsite the roof has been closed and they don’t tell you - you’ll get rightfully angry. We walked out. Terrible customer service - especially given the lack of honesty about the space itself.

  I had Chad as my waiter!! He was amazing! His customer service made it very comfortable to be around and he is the sweetest. I was there with a party of 9, and he made it very convenient to order when some of us wanted to share.
