  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The staff and management were completely disorganized and had no idea what was going on. We came with a group of 13 and had one kosher guest. We were initially told it was fine to bring outside food for them, but halfway through the meal, a manager came over and told us the food had to be thrown out. Completely unacceptable—especially considering we spent over $7,000. The food itself was just as bad. The fish smelled off, dishes were poorly prepared, and overall quality was very disappointing. Service was beyond slow—it took 45 minutes just to get drinks, and to make things worse, a busboy removed our drinks while clearing the table. For a place charging these prices, this level of service and quality is unacceptable. Would not return.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the way our birthday reservation was handled. We asked if it would be possible to pay extra to keep the table for additional hours, especially since the reservation was for a Monday. The manager repeatedly and rather rudely refused, but could not give us any clear or logical explanation as to why a party of 8 could stay longer than two hours, while a party of 4 could not. What made the situation even more frustrating was that this happened only one day before the birthday celebration. We were also told that we were not allowed to have a photo shoot or take photos inside the restaurant. Considering that the restaurant is clearly designed around a beautiful and highly photogenic atmosphere, it seems very unreasonable that guests celebrating a birthday would not be allowed to take photos. We asked for the contact information of the event manager, but the staff refused to provide it and simply told us that the event manager would not be able to help anyway because a table for four is limited to two hours. The administrator’s attitude was the biggest issue. She was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She was unable to provide any real explanation for the policy, yet the tone and manner in which she spoke to us ultimately made us cancel the reservation. We were fully prepared to spend a significant amount of money on dinner, drinks, and our celebration, but the level of service made us decide to take our business elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking a birthday dinner or special celebration here.

  Absolutely incredible meal at La Boca for my mother’s 70th birthday dinner. The lighting, music, and food were all A+, but what truly made the night unforgettable was Hicham. His warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtful menu recommendations made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. He guided us perfectly and elevated the entire evening. We left feeling so satisfied and already can’t wait to come back.

Fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The spaghetti was absolutely delicious, and the steak tower was the perfect centerpiece of the meal—cooked perfectly and incredible to share. The cocktails were just as impressive as the food, with every drink expertly crafted and balanced. From the food and drinks to the service and atmosphere, everything was exceptional. Thank you to Anton and the entire La Boca team for making my birthday such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

  We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and the place is gorgeous. The atmosphere is so sophisticated and elegant. They have live music entertainment. We read some bad reviews regarding the food but we were pleasantly surprised that everything we ordered was pretty good. Our server Anna was amazing, she made great recommendations about the food and she made the birthday girl feel special. Overall it’s a beautiful place to visit for special occasion, it is pricy as everything else in NYC but I think it’s worth it if you want to have memorable experience.
