  Good place for dinner - and actually great place for an event (I was here for a big birthday party). They did a wonderful job setting things us exactly the way the event organizer wanted it - and the space was really well suited.

  I went to a very small wedding reception dinner at the Waverly Inn. The food was excellent and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. Not only were the servers great but the host, kitchen, and event staff went above and beyond to make the event special and exactly what the couple wanted.

  I made plans for a group birthday dinner in December 2021 unfortunately just when the Omicron covid-19 virus hit and most of my 20 guests had to cancel. Waverly Inn refused to refund my deposit until I took them to small claims court. All of this was an a gross inconvenience for which the Events Director, Anthony Barletta nor his colleague Courtney Garron never apologized. The meal was nothing special and definitely overpriced. The servers kept rushing us to finish so they could use the table for more customers. I used to be a regular customer but no longer. Waverly Inn should send Anthony Barletta and Courtney Garron to customer service school!

  Meal was excellent and the staff treated our group well. The low ceilings, wall coat hooks, and the close proximity of the tables did make the experience feel rather claustrophobic. I also have to comment on the chocolate/cake dessert. Considering this is the only dessert option available on the brunch menu I have to say it is really did disappoint my two companions that ordered it. Fyi it was one of my friends birthday. The cake part was dense but very dry!. The mousse it self, was flavorless. The only redeeming part of this dessert plate was the vanilla ice cream quenell with the candied ginger. I didn't order it, I didn't want to was the calories.

  Beautiful restaurant. I didn’t take pictures of the decor but perfect for a date, celebration, group outing, etc. The food was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday dinner and brought our own cake to cut. The staff were super accommodating, professional, welcoming and overall great. This place looks like a good spot for brunch too. It was easy to find parking in the area.
