  What a unique dining experience, with an amazing blend of flavors. With a super helpful and accommodating team! I came to eat with some friends 2 months ago and came back recently with a group of 30 and they didn’t miss a beat!

  I celebrated a milestone birthday at Hav and Mar. I had the pleasure of organizing my event with the manager Tia, who was incredibly helpful in planning my event. The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable about all of the amazing dishes. The vibe was celebratory and the ambiance was welcoming. Would highly recommend.

  Food was great, but the service was horrendous. We were a party of 8 doing their chefs selected tasting menu. When we asked the server what was on the menu for us, she kept repeating that it was a tasting menu but couldn’t explain what the dishes were or even how many courses. I understand that it’s chefs choice, but I would expect some sort of day of printed menu or at the very least the server should be able to talk us through what to expect. It took 45 minutes to get our first drinks, which felt like forever, but then it was clear the server had no clue which drink was which. We were left to play a guessing game of tasting them and passing them around the table. After almost an hour of us looking around, very confused, and hungry wondering when we’d get our first course, a few plates of biscuits came out. Although they were delicious, it should not have taken nearly an hour to get bread. There were a number of other mishaps with the service throughout our dinner. It seems like they need a lot more training for their waitstaff and the timing needs improvement. I typically value a restaurant’s food more than service, but having made the reservation for our group I was left disappointed and embarrassed.

  We went here for a team dinner the 3rd year in a row by now. It is always a great experience and people enjoy the food and atmosphere

  The cocktails and food were either really bad or ok. Portions small for the price. Waited quite a while for the food even though the restaurant was not busy. My steak was inedible, never had anything like it before, it was hard and cold and couldn’t be chewed, I was offered something else from the menu but the steak was so bad I completely lost my appetite. The positives were service was good and the restaurant is cute with the mermaid details etc. but I researched the heck out of restaurants before choosing this one for our group, I felt so bad for bringing everyone here and they had such a bad experience that I paid for the entire meal, so no dinner for me and dropped $450 🫩
