  This was a big business event in a private room upstairs for the 19 of us. The room had a huge skylight and it was very secluded. The service was great, with very well disposed staff that were very attentive to our requests. We could choose from the many courses offered to us. I chose to have a mixed green salad, tuna tartar, fillet mignon and cheesecake. There were many side dishes as well, like jumbo asparagus, cream of spinach, onion rings, macaroni and cheese and plenty of wine. This Menu was catering to our group specifically, it contained the name of our companies elegantly displayed in it. Other people chose to eat Maryland crab cake or fried calamari as Appetizers; Scottish Salmon Waldorf or Lemon Pepper Chicken for Entrées and finally for Deserts: Chocolate Mousse Cake or Chef's Selection of Ice cream & Sorbet. The rest of the night we spent at the bar downstairs until it closed around 2:30 am. This is my 4th time at this place and I felt it deserved a good review.

  We had a business dinner for 13, in a private room. The food was great, and our servers, Luis and Vinny, were fantastic - professional, attentive, and efficient! They made sure everything ran smoothly and helped create a great atmosphere for our guests. Drinks were replenished promptly, and they provided helpful recommendations about the menu and wine list. Our team looks forward to returning soon and requesting their service!.

  Had a wonderful experience at S&W. They executed an event of 29 people in the Club Room on 3/17 flawlessly. Everything from the service, to the food, and beyond was A+. I would not hesitate to book another event here. All guests were impressed as well. Vicente and Jack were also fantastic and responded to every request with gracious hospitality. Thank you S&W Team!

  Underwhelming and disappointing. Meat was salty- Bacon app and Cajun rib eye incredible salty. Mac n cheese tasted like meat. Calamari was soggy and ringed. Baked potato was literally a giant baked potato with a small cup of toppings on the side. Cheesecake tasted like supermarket birthday cake. Ceasar salad, asparagus, and cream spinach were good. Service-Bread was ice cold and they gave one basket for our table of 8. I asked for more since the pretzel one was good (I imagine it would've been amazing warm), but the waiter asked if I wanted alcohol. He never brought the bread. Didn't tell us the tap water in a bottle was $11 per bottle, so we ended up with an additional $30+ on the check. The atmosphere was terrible. Dark, loud, cramped, so it was difficult to talk. Our table was sticking out into a doorway.

  I hosted a business event recently here, and everything was top notch. The food is delicious, the service amazing, and the atmosphere is classic steakhouse. There are no negatives here, only positives. I especially appreciated Keith our server who went out of his way to take care of me while the event was going on -- of course along with all of our guests. We will definitely work with Smith & Wollensky again in the future!
