  I had such a beautiful experience at Passerine for an exclusive private dinner. We were a table of 30 guests and the private dining section felt intimate, special, and incredibly well curated. The table setting with candles, flowers, and flower petals scattered across the table was absolutely stunning. The cauliflower appetizer was a standout and the tofu main paired beautifully with a red wine chosen by their sommelier. The whole evening was elegant, warm, and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly unique dining experience in NYC.

  I had my birthday party with Passerine and it was incredible! The event coordinator McQueenie, all the waitstaff, our server Catie, the host and sommelier, every single person was absolutely amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received and the food was divine. I highly recommend the aloo dumplings and cabbage. They surprised me the most. The cook on all the meat was beyond perfect. The beef melted in my mouth and the chicken was perfectly tender. Chef Shetty is a genius. We had a 3 course prix fixe and they printed custom menus for me with my name in the header! That was a lovely souvenir for us to take home. Every dish was 10/10. Thank you Passerine for the best birthday! Passerine is vegetarian and halal friendly. They also have mocktails and teas for those that don't drink!

  Was lucky to attend an amazing event at this restaurant where I experienced exceptional service from the attentive and charming staff along with an incredible culinary journey via family style Indian cuisine. (Not your run of the mill curry chicken) But rather a truly authentic menu with thoughtfully curated dishes that give you a real taste of India. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, with multiple rooms that cater to anything from an intimate candle lit dinner for two to a larger scale event without sacrificing quality of service. I highly recommend dining here if you are looking for a memorable experience.

  This review is specific to their events team. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with with awful communication skills and its sad as we love the restaurant and thats why wanted to host an event there. To get in touch with her too, the restaurant had to call her and text her twice to return my call and then later, she would give timings when she was supposed to return back with info as I had asked for an event that was not standard but she would just ghost you. Kept chasing her with emails or calls or texts and her answer was always “i did not have your answers yet”. Mind blown. She did not understand that in a prof setting, if you tell someone you will revert back at a certain time or date, least you have to do is atleast circle back and say that still waiting for info instead of just ignoring. Food was good whenever have dined there but restaurant event interaction was so disappointing, we will never go back and never recommend to anyone

  The tasting menu is next level amazing. Culinary execution like I’ve never experienced with Indian cuisine before. This was Eleven Madison park level delight. Beautiful space and cocktails too. We went with a group of 8 and every person loved it.
