  A large group of friends and I (10 of us) ate here on a recent Saturday night for a celebratory meal. I had originally made the reservation for the downstairs speakeasy, but was contacted the day of by the restaurant to inform me "they were overbooked" and were unable to accomodate us at the original time I had reserved over a week prior. While I was annoyed, they did offer to accomodate us at our desired time upstairs in the main dining area, and also guaranteed that we would be able to complete our meal in time in order for us to make it to another reservation uptown later that evening. We were given a large table in the middle of the room, and it was spacious enough that it felt relaxed and not crowded. We all ended up sharing multiple orders of the wedge salad bacon to start, followed by several porterhouses and two of the massive tomahawk nightly specials. Our order was rounded out by several of the creamed spinach, goose fat potato, french fry, and mushroom sides. The food was all excellent, as was the service, and they stayed true to their word in getting us in and out within 90 minutes all together.

  I went to dinner at Strip House last night and had an amazing experience! As soon as you walk in, you notice the beautiful decor and ambiance that a photo can't even capture! The waitor was so extremely professional and on point, despite how packed the dining room was. Food was exceptional! I had the 12 oz Filet Mignon with the Chimmichuri sauce and it was out of this world! Mac and cheese was just as delicious. Such a great experience and I'm glad my party of 11 chose to come here for dinner.

  Very elegant, classy, sophisticated, pricey steakhouse. Loved it!!!! We made reservations for a party of 9z Manager was superrrr professional, kind, patient, a team player for sure!! He was out here checking on all tables and even taking orders to help the servers!! Our server was Muiris and he was super delightful!!! We all ordered whatever we wanted, I got the salmon medium ( tasted magnificent !! ) especially with this soy glaze sauce they give you for the salmon, I removed all the ingredients I didn’t like and got a substitute of Mac and cheese that was pretty good. We all shared steaks etc, I believe I tried them all and they were alllll bomb from temperatures from medium rare to medium well. The bacon we ordered was super thick and delicious omg!! I’m super upset we shared .. I should have gotten my own ( I’m a bacon lover ) Music was very diverse I loved that the most!!

  10/10 in every way. First dined here with a part of eight for my bachelor party and it was better than we could have imagined. Incredible dirty martinis, the roasted bacon, and the oysters were delicious, and the steaks…lawwwd I was in heaven. We tried the tomahawk, ribeye, NY strip, and filet. All of them had that signature pepper blend that results in the best crust I’ve ever had on a steak. Rarely does a restaurant steak outshine the steaks I cook at home, but every cut at Strip House was elite. Somehow after all that meat, we were still hankerin for something sweet and that sky high chocolate cake they have was a cake lover’s delight. More recently came back to Strip House, this time with my in-laws and my family, and even my picky Stepdad from South Georgia still talks about that ribeye. This is a novel of a review at this point but I have to mention the service. The professionalism of the staff here is the perfect complement to the dark lighting, the black and white photos covering the walls, and the overall old school vibe. Whether it’s for a special occasion or you just want a great cut of steak for less than places like Peter Lugers (but just as good or better), this is the spot.
